Risk-Free Cancellation

With our booking systems, customers can cancel their reservations for free within a specific timeframe. The booking requires a prepayment. Nonetheless, if a customer does not want the booked service, wants to change the date or boat, for reasons such as bad weather or illness, the prepayment cannot be refunded. Refund Guidelines for Day of Service

During the booking process, our team manages all bookings, but on the day of the event, our partners conduct the excursions. We recommend that you address any concerns you have on the spot with the vendor. If our partner agrees to a full refund and informs us, the prepayment will be refunded immediately. Our goal is clients to be satisfied and you want a refund, but we cannot guarantee one if you are dissatisfied with our provider’s service, you must file your complaint with them. No further complaints can be made once the vendor offers a form of resolution, either a refund or a voucher or a gift certificate.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

For late cancellations and no-shows, supplementary fees or penalties may be levied depending on the booking’s specific set of rules. For a no-show, the prepayment is not refundable – the full payment will be kept.

Right To Refuse Service

Under specific conditions, Boat Rental Lanzarote reserves the right to refuse service or to stop cooperation without a refund. Disruptive, threatening, or abusive conduct or anything that might lead to physical harm or property destruction discomfort on the part of a customer, employee or associate.
